Shannon McGinley works with charities and mission-led organisations on strategy, organisational development, funding, programme design and impact.
Her career spans charity leadership, humanitarian response, clinical research, innovation funding, governance and operational command and control. This breadth allows her to understand both the human purpose of an organisation and the systems needed to deliver it responsibly.
She is particularly effective when a challenge crosses traditional boundaries: when a funding problem is also a programme-design problem, when weak evidence limits growth, or when an organisation needs to align leadership, delivery, finance and fundraising around a shared plan.
